Flavored water: does it break a fast?

It depends

Many flavored waters that look light contain sugar as well as sweeteners: check the label. If it says 0 kcal or sugar-free, the same applies as with sweeteners; if it has sugar, a bottle can add tens of calories and then it does break the fast.

Approximate energy: ≈0–80 kcal
